Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as Neurovia Neuropsychiatry Ltd. Co. (“Data Controller”), we take all necessary technical and administrative measures regarding the processing, storage, and protection of your personal data.
This information notice has been prepared to explain the procedures and principles regarding your personal data processed by us in our capacity as data controller.

These data, as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

- If it has been processed, do not request information regarding it.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Do not request it to be corrected if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
- Request deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK
- Do not request that the transactions be notified to third parties to whom they are transferred
- To object to a result being produced against you through analysis by automated systems
- In the event you suffer damage, do not request compensation for the damage.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights stated above
Your applications will be finalized in accordance with the KVKK as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
